I know you're getting ready for your next Montmartre class, so I'm sure you must be busy. I have a favor to ask, but only if you have time. I've decided to plan an Easter brunch for 17 and cook along with Rick. Even he, would probably prefer a less complicated menu, so I'm wondering if you could suggest something wonderful, but simple -- well, somewhat less complicated. It also needs to be something that seven children will like. Before I became overwhelmed by all the choices, I spotted the Monet banana ice cream, which I know would fulfill my requirements. What might I serve with it? There will be 4 dishes brought by guests, so if we have several main entrees and dessert, that should take care of it.
