The Trip Price is $1900 for double occupancy reservations received on or before December 31, 2009. The price becomes $1995 on January 1, 2010. A supplemental charge of $250 is added for a single reservation. These prices are based on a the participation of 5 persons and a euro/dollar conversion rate not in excess of $1.45.

SPECIAL OFFER: Students of Chez Madelaine receive a discount of $250 on any trip to Paris in 2010.  Price is $1745 for double occupancy and $1995 for single occupancy.  Offer lasts while space remains.

Trip Price does not include international airfare,transfers and some meals.

To reserve a place, please complete and return the first page of this Enrollment Form with your check for $1000. Checks should be made payable to Chez Madelaine. A 4% surcharge will apply on Visa and Mastercard payments.

The Final Trip Payment will be one month before departure, at that time, an additonal charge will be added should the exchange rate rise more than 5%.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND PENALTIES

In the event of cancellation by Chez Madelaine, participants will be offered a full refund of their prepayments.

Cancellation by Participant:

In the event of cancellation by a participant, the Deposit of $1000 will be nonrefundable

UNLESS A REPLACEMENT CAN BE FOUND. It is highly recommended that participants obtain Trip Insurance for protection against cancellation and cancellation penalties.

RESPONSIBILITY

Chez Madelaine is acting only as agents for trip participants and assume no liability for personal injury, loss, property damage, accident, or delay arising out of the acts of default of any carrier, hotel, motor coach, or other persons rendering any services in connection with the trip. Baggage is at owner's risk. No refund will be made for any unused portion of the trip. The Alliance is not responsible for failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. It can accept no responsibility for loss or expense due to sickness, weather, strike, war, acts of terrorism, quarantine, or other causes beyond its control. The Alliance reserves the right to cancel the trip in the event of circumstances described in CANCELLATION above. Every effort will be made to adhere to the printed program; however, it may be necessary to make such alterations to the program as are necessary under circumstances beyond the control of the Alliance or the group leader for the benefit of the trip participants.
